Pharmacist Support is asking pharmacists for their input in forming its upcoming strategy, it has announced.
The charity has employed a market research company to help it find out prevalent issues affecting the sector and identify gaps in support through one-to-one interviews and an online survey, it revealed on Friday (10 May).
The charity is now a decade on from conducting research that led to its relaunch as Pharmacist Support, previously being known as the Benevolent Fund of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain in 2008, chief executive Danielle Hunt said.
She added: ‘So much has changed in this time, and continues to change, as the charity continues to face an increase in demand for its services. We felt it was imperative we went out to the sector to gain crucial feedback and insight to inform our new strategy, which we will launch later in the year.’
The survey takes up to 15 minutes to complete and closes on 26 May, the charity said.
