The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued a recall for Sildenafil 10mg/ml Oral Suspension, EL(23)A/11, from Rosemont Pharmaceuticals.

The manufacturer has informed the MHRA that the press-in bottle adaptor supplied with the pack for batch EL(23)A/11 is too wide to fit the neck of the medicine bottle.

The Class 3 medicines recall means pharmacists must stop supplying the stated batch immediately, quarantine all remaining stock and return to the supplier using the supplier’s approved process.
